Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use Policy / Content Standards

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms and applies to every image and video model. The following six categories are prohibited: pornography / NSFW; violence / gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content / CSAM; deepfakes / impersonation; copyright / trademark infringement. Do not bypass safety filters or use the service for illegal activity.

The policy explains prompt screening, independent output checks before delivery, public-share rescanning, provider safety controls, report review and moderation limitations. Violations may result in rejected requests, content removal, generation restrictions, account suspension or termination, and revocation of abuse-related promotional or improperly obtained credits, subject to applicable law. Report content or appeal a decision through the support-ticket channel; no purchase is required.

Underlying AI Models

Video generation uses ByteDance Seedance 2 Mini (bytedance/seedance-2-mini) via Kie. The image studio supports OpenAI GPT Image 2, Google Nano Banana Pro (Gemini) and Google Nano Banana 2 (Gemini), subject to provider configuration and availability. See AI models and the selected model in the generator. Outputs are AI-generated; model names do not imply official affiliation or endorsement.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure through support tickets. Account closure is handled by support; it is not a self-service option in account settings. Cancel any active subscription renewal in Billing before requesting closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

Video generation and credits

Use photographs that you own or have permission to process. Real-person generation is paused, even with consent; use pet or non-human material. Generated dialogue and voices are synthetic; appearance, timing, wording and motion can differ from the reference.

The studio displays a credit quote before submission. Each new generation attempt uses credits. Confirmed technical failures return consumed credits; a task still processing or being reconciled is not yet a confirmed failure. A completed result that does not match your preference does not automatically trigger a credit return. Downloading an existing successful result does not start another generation.

One-time credit packs can be purchased without an active subscription. Subscription allowances and validity follow the plan shown at checkout. Reopening or refreshing an existing task does not create a new paid attempt. External reference videos retain their respective ownership and are not presented as videos generated by this studio.

One-time pack credits do not expire. Monthly subscriptions grant their allowance after each successful charge; that batch expires after 30 days. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual price once and release 12 monthly allowances, each valid for 30 days from its scheduled release. Monthly release dates follow the original billing day, adjusted to the last day in shorter months. Unused expired credits do not roll over. The annual total is not an immediately available balance.

Canceling renewal stops the next charge and does not end the current paid term or stop its remaining annual installments. A second subscription cannot be purchased while the existing paid term is still in effect; one-time packs remain available. Changing plans requires waiting until the current paid term ends. Historical purchases retain the allowance recorded at checkout.

Refund policy

To request a payment refund, contact support and include the order number. Payment refund requests are reviewed individually; a technical-failure credit return does not automatically refund the original payment. A successful full payment refund revokes that purchase's unspent credits and cancels its unissued annual installments. Cancel renewal separately in Billing to stop future charges. Canceling subscription renewal does not itself request a payment refund.
