To request access, an export or deletion of your personal information, open a support ticket. These requests are handled by support; there is no self-service export or account-deletion button.

AI video uploads and results

When you upload a photo for video creation, we store it in our configured object storage. Submitting a generation sends the photo reference, selected settings and creative direction to Kie.ai for processing. Completed videos are copied to our storage and linked to your account history.

Anyone with a media URL may access the file. Task history and task downloads require account access, but this does not make the underlying media URL private. Do not upload confidential photographs. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period. Clearing a browser draft or removing its preview does not delete uploaded files. Request deletion of uploaded media and task records through your account's support tickets.

The browser remembers video settings locally so you can return to a draft. This does not preserve a selected local file; select it again if needed. Tutorial videos from YouTube load only when you choose to play them and are then subject to YouTube's data practices.

Media safety processing

Uploaded and generated images are sent to Kie for DeepSeek content review, with GPT-6 Luna through Kie used only if the primary review service times out or is unavailable. Video bytes are processed in Cloudflare Browser Run; sampled frames and the audio transcript are sent to Kie for review. Actual audio is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription. We store verdicts, media hashes, model/policy identifiers and timestamps for safety investigation; we do not store the extracted frames or transcript in the review log. Approved image bytes and videos are archived only after review. Existing public-share content may be processed again for scheduled safety checks. Request access or deletion through support tickets. Provider processing remains subject to those providers' terms and policies.
